Routine inspection conducted:
Front area:
- Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot & cold running water, and paper towels.
- Pizza cooler was at 1.2C (4C or less)
- Hot-holding unit was at or above 60C and equipped with a thermometer.
- Drinks cooler was at or below 4C.
- Walk-in-cooler was at 0.9C (4C or less).
- 100 ppm cl sanitizer was setup in a bucket.
- soapy water was setup in a second bucket.

Back area:
- upright freezer was at or below -18C
- No preparation of food (apart from dough mixing) is permitted unless a designated handsink (separate from the 3-compartment) is installed near the back food prep. area.
- 3-compartment sink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
- Operator mentioned that they would install a designated hand sink in the back area near the 3-compartment sink as they would like to use it as a prep. area in the future. Contact the district EHO of Fraser Health once the designated handsink is added near the back prep. area.
- You must obtain written health approval from the district EHO before doing any food preparation in the back area of the food service establishment.
- No signs of recent pest activity were observed.

- Washroom handsink was adequately supplied.
