General: - back handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in spray bottle and at dispenser; test strips available - soda nozzles clean - general sanitation is satisfactory Note: Dishwashing machine does not pull sanitizer. Operator stated that it was for sale and that all warewashing is done using the three compartment sink method. Staff on-site familiar with three compartment sink method.
