Follow up inspection:
-Operator stated that the ice was drained, then the "wash" button was used to clean the ice machine, then it was wiped it with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer, and a potable water rinse was performed on it before filling it again with ice.
-Ice machine was in a clean condition and the buildup inside it was removed. *Please regularly clean and sanitize the ice machine (e.g. every 2 weeks and as needed) to maintain it in a sanitary condition and protect the ice from contamination.
-Handsinks were easily accessible and had an adequate clearance around them.
-Operator is still registered for the FOODSAFE Level 1 course on October 2, 2018.
