Chlorine sanitizer at seafood repackaging station is available and at 100 ppm chlorine residual. Use this spray to wipe down all food contact surfaces
Handwash sink has liquid soap and paper towels available (previously used as the mop sink---as discussed, staff should be using this sink to wash their hands as the dedicated handwash sink)

Order is not rescinded as there are still unlabelled items found in the store's retail area freezers. The following items during inspection had no labels (please note that a sign on the freezer is not sufficient, as each individually packaged food item needs to be labelled) :
Queen Charlotte Spring Salmon portion
BC Cod
Whole Fish
Rockfish Pieces
Sockeye Trim
Halibut Portion
Sockeye Portion
Sockeye Fillets
Lobster Meat
Smoked Albacore Tuna
Ribeye Steak, Tenderloin, Beef top sirloin (inside halal meat freezer)
Baby back ribs
Grain fed black steak
Tuna poke

Discussed with staff member on site who has said they will be sending a picture of labelled items by the next day for all above mentioned items. As mentioned previously, labelling food items is important in the event of foodborne illness, so that each item can be accounted for in the event of a recall.
