Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inspection was conducted at 3:00pm when the store just opened.
1. Noted clutters by the back entrance to the kitchen
2. Food scrapes left open under the shelf located behind the main cook line
3. 4 slices of pies left out at room temperature on the counter
4. Dirty flatten carboard box was noted under the main cook line
Corrective Action(s): The kitchen must be fully cleaned immediately at the end of each day. Do not leave the facility uncleaned overnight. This will attract pest into the facility and the kitchen. All the above noted areas must be cleaned immediately.
