- Follow-up inspection. - Counter-top fryer was not in use/not plugged in at time of inspection, and was stored in the front area. *Reminder that it may only be used under the ventilation canopy. - Liquid soap dispenser for the front hand sink was working. - No opened tin cans of food were stored in coolers. - Garbage bags no longer being used to line crates of onions. - Cleaning in hard-to-reach areas has been done - no new mouse droppings noted. *Ensure to monitor on a daily basis for any new activity.
