A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler was 2C; freezer was -16C; thermometers present; and no temperatures recorded.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse temperature of 78C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer.
- Sanitizer solution of bleach and water made fresh on day of catering. Bleach present in kitchen during inspection, but no sanitizer solution made up during the inspection.
- Hand sank is stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Foods stored in food grade containers, covered, 6" off the floor on shelves, and in groups so proteins are separate or below RTE foods.
- No expired foods found in use. FIFO rule being followed.
- Sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pest.
- All in order.
