Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solution is available for staff in the morning. Make this item in the third compartment of the sink prior to food preparation.
Obtain testing strips
Ensure blenders are being properly sanitized every 2 to 4 hours or more as necessary.
Proper dishwashing explained to staff. Ensure all staff are made aware that every 2-4 hours all blenders and scoops are to be washed-rinsed-sanitized-air dried to ensure proper sanitation is occurring.

- No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Three functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- First In First out and time stamping methods observed in use - Four hour timing method in place for pearls. Staff keeping track with use of computer clock observed to be in use.
- All food items covered in cooler units
- Hair restraints in use
- Swing door closed during inspection
- Pest proof containers for all dry storage items
- Scoops placed external to dry storage bins
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
