Corrective Action(s): Ensure 100 ppm chlorine solution is available in labelled sanitizer bottles in all food prep areas with wiping cloths. All food contact surfaces must be sanitized after use to prevent cross contamination and foodborne illness. On-going issue.

Violations noted on inspection # ZDER-AR8SA2 have not been corrected. Discussed corrective actions with owner.
-Owner would like to make some physical changes to front food prep area - changes discussed. Updated floor plans required for discussed improvement to front prep area. Drawings will be emailed to EHO.
-Upgrades will include sneezy guards and additional food protection
-Commercial ventilation hood installation still in progress - plans to be sent to City and FHA for approval
-Discussed the meat slicer and grinder cleaning and sanitation and long term storage techniques
