Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Single use paper towels were placed at the handwash stations at the time of inspection. Future instances where handwash stations do not have single use paper towels may result in the issuance of a violation ticket. Violation Score: 5

-Follow-up inspection to Jun 7, 2022. -Blenders are sanitized every 2 hours. -Ingredients were properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination at the time of inspection. -Containers were properly labelled at the time of inspection. *If the back door is opened for ventilation, a screen must be installed to prevent potential pest infestation. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
