ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Raw squid relocated to proper shelf. All raw meat and seafood is stored below ready to eat food items.
- Rodent droppings cleaned from lower shelf of microwave unit behind black garbage bag boxes.
- Rodent droppings from floor of dry storage unit.
- Floors have been cleaned

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Add additional traps to both restaurant and storage room.
- Cardboard boxes of potatoes and onions in storage room need to be moved into pest proof containers. This was discussed with all tenants of Storage Room 4. All food items not in pest proof containers need to be stored in pest proof containers. Current cardboard has large holes which can allow mice to enter into boxes.
