Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *REEPAT* (Since April 2024) Bleach sanitizer measured >200ppm at time of inspection; test strip bleached out. Staff unable to provide inspector correct mixing ratio for bleach. In supervisor/manager's absence staff does not know how to mix bleach sanitizer.

**Corrected during inspection.** Instructions provided by inspector. Bleach sanitizer measured ~100ppm by end of inspection.

Manager and supervisor is to provide training to staff on how to properly mix sanitizer. PURCHASE A MIXING SPOON so staff will know how much bleach to add into spray bottle.

Potato salad from Costco, curries made from warehouse (128th St. and 80th Ave.)
Food is marinated/mixed for store use only
