Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Brown build-up observed in the ice machine downstairs.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded all the ice in the ice machine. DO NOT USE ice from this ice machine until it has been clean and sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION Deli meat slicer had food scraps and dried fat observed on the slicer.
Corrective Action(s): Operator cleaned and sanitized meat slicer at the time of inspection. Maintain a sanitation log above the meat slicer to ensure it is cleaned after use daily.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw eggs observed to be stored above beer cans.
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated eggs to the bottom shelf at the time of inspection. Ensure raw proteins items are not kept over ready to eat items as they are no longer heat treated to remove any potential pathogens.

Observation: 2 rat droppings found near the back entrance. Pest control report from May 31st state no new activity as been monitored in the monthly service.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize 2 droppings in the back cupboard. Ensure to monitor for pest activity and increase frequency of pest control if needed.
