Observation: Significant number of mouse dropping observed throughout premise including on shelves where food packaging is stored.
Corrective Action(s): Do a thorough deep cleaning of premise, removing all mouse droppings and discarding any food or food packaging that has evidence of mice on it. Due: March 6, 2024

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Back storage area had a significant number of items in boxes being stored on the floor. Hole in wall where mice are likely accessing area observed behind safe. Significant evidence of mice found in these areas and any additional clutter, above what is needed, will contribute exacerbate efforts by pest control to reduce mouse population on site.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove all items from premise (particularly storage room and under desk) that are not required for operation.
2) Get all remaining items that are on the floor on risers or shelving; all items must be 6" or higher off the ground.
3) Plug hole behind safe and hole in cabinet for line cooler electrical cable (left side of cooler) with pest proof material
4) Put all foods in soft packaging (ex paper packaging such as flour and food wrappers) that is stored on shelves in pest proof containers.
