- Ensure all food contact surfaces and implements are being washed and disinfected after use or on a timely manner. (ie: 3-4 hours)
- Wiping cloth storage: (Quats) - Ok.
- Food Storage: Cooked food items stored above raw/Saran wrap use - no double stacking of storage containers permitted.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Chemical storage: Ok. To be kept separated from food items.
- Staff illness/hygiene: Discussed.
