GEN - Handwash stations have hot running water, liquid soap, and paper towels available
- All coolers are 4C or below
- All freezers are -18C or below
- All food products are stored at least 6" off the floor
- Temperature of coolers and freezers are monitored and recorded daily
- QUAT sanitizer inside spray bottles and at 3 compartment sink is 200ppm
- Temperature of hot holding units is >60C
- Meat slicers are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours
Note: Clean and sweep underneath racks inside the walk-in freezer to keep it in a sanitary condition
