-a number of vegetables such as parsely stalks, celery stalks, lettuce heads stored directly on fridge shelves
-2 open cans of Hoisin Sauce stored at room temperature
-Hydrated potatoes stored at room temperature -operator does not know how long they have been there
Corrective Action(s): Discard all the above items

-protect your foods -store foods in your food grade wrap, original bags -fridge shelves are not regularly cleaned and sanitized to store foods directly on
-Once food cans are open empty out the leftovers into clean washable containers
-Do not store hydrated potatoes at room temperature -keep in the fridge or cooking

-exposed hole next to 2-compartment sink in kitchen
-floor gap in hallway
-floor gap in doorway of dishwash room to dining area
Corrective Action(s): Do not clean floors with towels! Use your mop for cleaning the floors

Keep your rinsed towels in the bleach bucket when not used

Repair the coving baseboards and cover the gaps indicated (regular maintenance)
