Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One sanitizer bottle measured 0ppm bleach and ther other bottle at 50ppm bleach. Staff informed that the sanitizer solutions were changed about a month ago. Second repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is 100-200ppm bleach santiizer available for use at all times. Staff remixed the solution onsite, use 1 tsp bleach to a full 1 litre of water.

Observation: No paper towel in the men's washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Please refill paper towel. All handwashing station must be equipped with soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water.

Observation: Several open bags of flour and cake mix were stored on the floor in the back area.
Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored 6 inches off the floor, utilize shelving units or use crates underneath the bulk food.

Observation: Food debris and spill found on the floor of walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. Cardboard used to line floor of walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitize the flooring area by follow up inspection. Remove cardboard.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Standup cooler is reading at about 6C, unsure if it is on defrost cycle and no thermometer inside.
Corrective Action(s): Please monitor this refrigeration unit to ensure it can store food at 4C or colder. Transfer food to working cooler if necessary and install a working, accurate thermometer in this unit.
