Observation: During time of inspection, mice droppings observed in hard to reach areas close to walls

2. underneath prep sink/ handwashing station
3. behind chest freezers
Corrective Action(s): - These areas and all areas need to be cleaned thoroughly and areas sanitized
- Continue to plug all entry points and keep area in sanitary condition

Observation: During time of inspection, kitchen was observed to require deep cleaning in all hard to reach areas, such as:
1. Underneath and behind main cook line, debris required to be removed and area kept clean and grease free as possible
2. Underneath microwave, food debris accumulation
3. Main prep cooler requires cleaning within
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above noted areas and the rest of facility undergo deep cleaning.
It is important to keep facility maintained to further detract pests

Routine inspection conducted.
- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler at 4C
* Prep/line coolers at 4C or below
* Chest freezers at -18C or below
* Sweets display cooler at 6C
- Food grade chlorine sanitizer solution available, concentration of sanitizer 100ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher available during time of inspection, concentration of chlorine sanitizer at least 50ppm during final rinse
- Foods kept covered in facility to further protect from contamination
- Commercial fume hood/ canopy maintained in sanitary condition
- Pest control in place, follow Pest Control Operator's reccomendations
