Samosas and Pizza warming unit surface temperature of foods >60C.
Line cooler for toppings <4C.
Other cooler <4C.
Freezers, front and back <-18C.
Please ensure that pizzas, prepped for later slices are cooked as soon as possible and within 2hrs, don't make ahead and have this sit out for long period of time.
Cheese delivery out on table was moved into cooler during the inspection when prompted, thank you.
Prep tables could use some cleaning.
Bleach was brought out during the inspection when prompted, thank you.
Multipurpose sanitizer in bottle - tested with Quats and Bleach - no ppm - please find out what this is or original manual for chemical specifications before using on food contact surfaces.
2-compartment sink sanitizing, dishes are dried on clean surface.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
