Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # MLUO-B8VTKR of Jan-29-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Ice machine has some slime on the plastic chute. This equipment was cleaned in November 2019. Correction: Empty and drain the ice machine. Clean and sanitize thoroughly and increase frequency of cleaning schedule for this equipment.
