Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Washroom sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Bar sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below.
All freezers are -18c or below.
Ice dispenser is in sanitary condition.
Note: No hot holding units are being used during this inspection.
All dry food storage is being kept in containers with lids and protected from contamination.
Dishwasher found at 73c for rinse cycle.
Bleach water sanitizer at >100ppm concentration.
Note: Ensure to obtain more bleach bottles for bleach water sanitizer as needed.
Ventilation hoods are being cleaned on regular basis.
Overall sanitation is adequate during this inspection.
Employees in kitchen are wearing proper protective wear (ie. aprons/uniforms)
Pest control is being done on weekly basis.
Note: Atlas Pest Control is contracted for weekly inspections. Service reports were available onsite for last pest control inspections.
No issues noted during this inspection.

The following requires operators attention:
1. Ensure all employees/operators Food Safe Certification(s) are valid. If certificates have expire, then they must be renewed or course must be retaken. Please see fraserhealth.ca or www.foodsafe.ca for more information.
All employees/operators must have valid foodsafe certification.
2. Reminder: Ensure to keep all equipment/food utensils/plates/glasses/cups at least 6 inches off the floor. This includes dishwashing crates. Please store crates so that the one at the bottom is empty and therefore no equipment is touching the ground.
3. Reminder: Ensure to wipe down all tables in banquet area at the end of each event using sanitizer.
