Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottle had less than 50ppm chlorine measured. Operator was advised to refill the sanitizer bottle (1/2 tsp of bleach/1L of water) at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the solution prepared every 2 weeks as instructed at this time.

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at plate level after final rinse.
- Food storage practice satisfactory.
- General sanitation level satisfactory.

NOTE: Bubble tea has been added. Adequate food storage space observed. OK.
