* Deterioration/rust noticed on some shelves of the "Grab-n-go" cooler. Refurbish or replace the shelves so that they are smooth, impervious and easy to clean.
* Provide protective sleeves on the tube lights in the "Grab-n-Go" cooler. Alternately ensure that these tube lights bulbs are shatter proof. ( Immediately).
* Chicken legs in the hot holding display case registered 55 degrees C. Adjust the unit so that all products are maintained at an internal temperature of 60 C or higher at all times.
* Ensure hot items in the island hot display unit are rotated as per Store's protocols.

Walk-in cooler below 4 C.
