Handwash station stocked. Cooling unit at 4C. sanitizer auto feed at 200 ppm Note: mouse acitivity noted (minor). Make sure staff clean in the corners and on secondary food shelves (even where totes are stored) prior to or after any food operation or event. Make sure to push ice machine drip line directly into floor drain to avoid overflow onto floor. Remove unused mats and clean around them. Noticed small amount of food accumulations. Sealed concreate floor in good condition.
