- Temperatures monitored and recorded twice per day
- Hot holding 140 F
- Dishwasher final rinse 100 ppm chlorine
- Quat sanitizer at 3 compartment sink and wiping rag storage bucket 200 ppm
- Quat test strips available to monitor sanitizing solution
- Hand wash stations supplied with hot/cold water and liquid soap/paper towels or air dryers.
- No evidence of pest activity. Premises monitored twice per month by Pest Control Contractor
