Corrective Action(s): -Repair this pipe to ensure proper drainage of waste water. Do not use this sink until repaired, and repair this sink immediately. Temporary use of the meat department hand sink can occur while you repair this pipe. Re-inspection to ensure this sink has been repaired will occur on June 20, 2025. Violation Score: 15
