-All coolers are below 4 degC -Freezers are below -18 degC -Separate slicers used for meat and cheese. Slicers are sanitized every 2-4 hours -Hand sinks in the front are fully equipped -200ppm bleach solution is available in a spray bottle on-site -Temperature logs are being maintained -Proper dishwashing procedures are being followed . WASH USED KNIVES EVERY 4 HOURS AS DISCUSSED. -Bottom part of the chest freezer lid has been taped up -Foodsafe Level 1 Refresher can be taken through www.foodsafe.ca
