Observation: 1) Cut dragon fruit was displayed at room temperature
2) Mushrooms were stored at room temperature without perforated packaging.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Cut fruits must always be stored under refrigeration
2) If mushrooms are not stored under refrigeration, they must be in perforated packaging to allow air circulation to prevent C. Botulinum growth.

Corrective Action(s): Clean under the front shelves, as well as the empty coolers that are not in use.

Observation: There are several equipment that are stored onsite that are not in use which were noted to have mice droppings inside.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, clean these areas and make arrangements to remove these equipment from the premises. You cannot continue to store them at this store if they're not being utilized for the business.

Handsinks and washroom sinks are fully equipped. ALWAYS KEEP THE HOT WATER TURNED ON AT THE SINKS.
No foods were being stored in the outside corridor.
