-old paper towel dispenser has been removed and new paper towel holder has been affixed to the wall
-handsink fully equipped
-staff on duty has FoodSafe
-coolers equipped with thermometers and at 4C or less
-freezers (upstairs and downstairs) at <-18C
-premise clean
-food is not hot held throughout the day
-very rarely are there leftovers and if there are they are portioned and frozen
-dishwasher reached >71C at dish level for sanitizing
