Routine inspection of the store which covered the following departments: Grocery,produce, meats/seafood. Meats/Seafood section: *Floor drain in front of the small walk-in cooler requires cleaning to remove food build up. * Ensure that all tube lights in the front display coolers are of shatter-proof type (NSF certified) or are covered with protective sleeves. Walk-in cooler < 4 C. Front display coolers < 4 C All display coolers < 4 C All display freezers < -18 C Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm. Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is satisfactory. Store: *Ensure that floor underneath the ice maker and produce shrink areas is cleaned regularly to prevent build-up and discourage pests.
