FS trained staff on duty. -Temp of all coolers and freezer satisfactory -Thermometers are available -Quats sanitizer >200ppm at all areas -Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand wash sink -Temp of hot holding untis >60 o C -Temp log sheet is kept -Hand sink is accessible , liquid soap and paper towel are provided -General sanitation is very good -Personal hygiene observed very good, hair control, hand washing -Temp monitoring is done - data on site -Pest control servicing the facility No issues noted .
