Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted kitchen equipment and utensils including a dough mixer, knives, scissors, and etc. are not washed and sanitized after use.
Corrective Action(s): The inspection was conduct just before the store was open to public. Uncleaned kitchen utensils were noted on the work countertops overnight. Uncleaned objects can attract pests overnight. Wash and sanitize all used kitchen tools immediately after use. Do not leave kitchen utensils and work tops dirty overnight.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Noted the shelf stable spices and sauces in containers left overnight on the counter without any form of protection. All containers were left open to environment
2. Noted pots were sitting directly on the floor at the outside storage shed without any protection
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to cover all containers overnight during storage. Cover with a tight fitting lid or a plastic wrap to cover spices and sauces.
2. Place the pots on a pallet to keep them off the floor and cover the pots to protect from contamination
