Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Jackfruit cut approximately one hour ago was stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Cut fruits and melon are considered potentially hazardous foods and must be stored at or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogen and or the formation of toxins. Jackfruit was moved at a cooler at 4C at the time of inspection.

Observation: 1) Food was covered in garbage bags and newspaper.
2) Light shield was missing for the walk-in cooler ight fixture.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Discontinue the practice of covering foods with garbage bags and newspapers - these are not considered food grade materials and may result in contamination of foods. Only use food grade materials to contact foods.
2) Replace light shield or obtain light sleeves for light units to prevent potential broken glass contamination of foods.

Observation: Walk-in cooler shelving unit was lined with cardboard.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the practice of using cardboard to line surfaces. All surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle labelled sanitizer had an unknown chemical.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all containers are properly labelled to identify their contents to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Spray bottle contents were discarded at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler (non potentially hazardous produce was at 4C).
-Produce coolers along the wall were at 4C.
-Store coolers were at or less than 4C.
-Wall and coffin freezers ranged from -14C to -23C.
-Random selection of foods were found to be within their best before dates and generally in good condition.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Reports indicate minor fly activity.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
