Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available in back kitchen upon start of inspection. Staff member in kitchen made sanitizer solution half way through inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solution is made at the start of each shift and readily available in all food preparation areas.

All hand wash stations were fully equipped and unobstructed at time of inspection.
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, prep, undercounter...etc)
Freezers - 18C to -21C
Hot holding of soups and gravy higher than 60C
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Meat slicer and ice machine appeared clean at time of inspection.
Quat sanitizer at bar in spray bottle 200ppm.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
Glass washer at bar had 12.5ppm iodine.
Door to staff washroom is now self closing.
