Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lots of containers of cooked chicken sitting out at room temperature. Small containers are being used this time however food is not being placed in the cooler (REPEAT VIOLATION)
Corrective Action(s): Food must be cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours and from 20C to 4C in 4 hrs. Food must be placed in cooler not left out.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prawns out at room temperature again (REPEAT VIOLATION)

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main hand sink tap is broken again (REPEAT VIOLATION). When tap is broken, it must be repaired immediately so staff have hot water to wash their hands properly.
Second hand sink blocked by equipment
Corrective Action(s): Repair main hand sink, in the meantime second hand sink must have items removed from it to allow for proper hand washing. Entire tap may need to be replaced this time as this is the second time it has been broken.
