Quats diluted to 200ppm and available for use in labeled spray bottles.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and hand dryer/paper towels.
Dining area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Dry storage area clean and organized.
Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C.

Premise is operating a store front at the 2nd floor entrance. Sliding glass door freezer at -20 degrees C. Only prepackaged non potentially hazardous foods in the retail area. No repackaging done in kitchen. All food products imported from India or prepared in Toronto. No issues or concerns at this time.
