Comments

- Premises had been closed to allow for renovations to the seating area and front server station. Location of ice machine and handsink were changed.
- No changes were made to the kitchen.
- New menu in place and updated food safety plan submitted.
- Handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. *Provide dispenser for paper towel at handsink at server station
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Walk-in cooler 2C
- Sliding door cooler 3C
- Prep table cooler 3C
- Single glass door cooler (kitchen) 3C
- 2 door stainless cooler -2C
- Undercounter single door cooler 3C
- Beverage cooler 4C
- Coolers supplied with thermometers *Replace thermometer in prep cooler as it does not appear to be reading accurately
- Freezers maintaining products in a frozen state. Temperatures measured -15C to -18C
- Ice machine appears clean and maintained with scoops stored in a sanitary manner
- High temperature dishwasher operational. Final rinse measured 82.5C at dish surface.
- Bleach present for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Ensure 100-200ppm chlorine solution is present while operating.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
- Operator has completed Foodsafe level 1
- Premises may re-open when ready.
