Observation: Ice machine was observed to have what appeared to be mildew growth on the interior surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that ice is discarded and ice machine is properly cleaned and sanitized to limit potential contamination of ice. Ensure that ice machine is cleaned and sanitized at a frequency needed to limit growth of mildew/biofilm. Date to be corrected by: Today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer was available at time of inspection. Wiping cloths observed on counters.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer was prepared and measured at 100 ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips on site. Ensure that sanitizer is always available for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces and equipment.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Reach in cooler at 2 degrees C
- Under counter cooler at 3 degrees C
- Front display cooler at 2 degrees C
- Freezers at -17 to -21 degrees C
- Thermometers accurate to 1 degree C are available for cooler units.
- Discussed food suppliers at time of inspection--approved sources. First in first out in use. Sandwiches within printed best before dates.
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels in a dispenser (available nearby)
- Three sink plugs available for three compartment sink. Ware washing procedures reviewed with owner and staff at time of inspection--satisfactory.
- Chemicals stored separately from food items
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection
- Permit is posted
