Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): AGAIN no sanitizer available in front food preparation area. Workers are only using paper towels and water from a spray bottle for cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces.

This critical infraction has been repeatedly cited for the last 2 years of routine inspections:

Corrective Action(s): Have at least one sanitizer spray bottle available in the front food preparation area maintained at >200ppm concentration as per your QUAT test strips -used with the spray bottles

Workers are to sanitize ALL food contact surfaces in the front area immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed worker only put on disposable gloves after handling cash then food handling
Corrective Action(s): Food workers MUST be handwashing after each contamination point not just disposable gloves

If workers cannot do this then discontinue using disposable gloves and only do the handwashing

During busy periods there should be one worker on cash and the other on food handling duties
