Comments

General sanitation is satisfactory. However, more thorough cleaning is needed in hard to reach areas, i.e., spills on the floor under shelving unit for boxed pop syrup, debris on the floor under shelving unit for the slurpee cups, garbage debris in the exterior garbage enclosure and grounds near the gas meter. Remove the stained silicon residue on the wall above the wash down sinks.. Food handling procedure is satisfactory. Cooking temperature of fried chicken is satisfactory. Temperature of food storage and display units are satisfactory. Temperature checks are recorded. Food probe thermometer is accurate. Sanitizer concentration is satisfactory. Test strips are available. Post the Health Permit on the wall visible to customers.
