-Follow-up inspection to May 18, 2022.
-Operator has started temperature records. Records document when the food was made and when the foods were reheated to greater than 74C.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods can be stored between 4C to 60C for up to a maximum of 2 hours, if records are kept. Hot potentially hazardous foods can be reheated to 74C once if the foods have not bee stored between 4C to 60C for more than 2 hours.
-Operator must keep records available on-site for review by the health officer.
-Back handwash station was not obstructed at the time of inspection.
