- All foods appeared protected (ie. miso ingredients on ice had a lid)
- No perishable foods (ie. bean sprouts) were stored at room temperature at time of inspection
- Cloths stored in 100ppm chorine sanitizer solution
- All hand wash stations were fully equipped and unobstructed
** Manager on duty was out for break at time of inspection. Staff on site not aware where pest control reports were. Have copes of most recent pest control report emailed to the undersigned.
