Observation: Cleaning is required in the following areas:
> Sugar and flour shelves in the dry goods aisle --> spilled flour on the shelves and on the floor.
> Self-serve mixed nuts section --> spilled nuts and other dry products on the shelves directly underneath the chutes.
> Produce prep area --> food debris underneath the 3 compartment sink, handsink and behind the trash bins.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize above mentioned areas as per your sanitation plan.
> Aisles (particularly ones that contain dry goods) must be sweeped regularly for any spillage.
> Maintaining a high level of sanitiation throughout the facility will help to prevent the presence of pests such as rodents.

General:
> Handsink in produce prep area is fully supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> 200ppm QUATS solution available at 3 compartment sink.
> Dishwasher in the dishpit area is no longer in use. Departments perform their own manual warewashing at each 3 compartment sink, meat department is no longer using this dishwasher.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> General sanitation except where mentioned is satisfactory.
