Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm at plate level after final rinse.
- Glasswasher at front achieved 71.2'C at final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in buckets to hold wiping cloths and spray bottles for the front.
- Dry storage area satisfactory.
- Proper thawing method observed at this time.
- Condiment coolers at front maintained in sanitary condition.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.

NOTE: New coolers added at the front operating at 4'C.
NOTE: Ensure warm food station is maintained at 60'C or above at all times as discussed at this time.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis (i.e. floors underneath cooking equipment).
