-Handwashing station fully-equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. -Quat sanitizer at 200ppm is available →The bottle of Quat is pretty low under the sink, please refill or replace to ensure it dispenses Quat at 200ppm -Stand up cooler is at < 4°C -Freezer at -18°C -No signs of pests -Back receiving area needs some cleaning to ensure the area does not attract pests. -General sanitation is okay -Ensure front handwashing sink is unobstructed -Temperature logs are kept -COVID-19 safety plan is on-site -Staff does self-screening before shift.
