Comments

- Premises maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Handsink in front service area and back storage/warewashing area supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Espresso bar 2 door undercounter cooler 2C
- Cold bar 2 door undercounter cooler 2C
- Self serve reach in display cooler 2C
- Single door under counter cooler 3C
- 2 door reach in cooler (back) 1C
- Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state:
- Freezer #1 -15C
- Freezer #2 -14C
- Ice machine appears clean and maintained. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
- High temperature dishwasher was operational. Final rinse measured 76.7C at dish surface with min/max thermometer.
- Quats surface sanitizer present from dispenser at warewashing sink. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Wiping cloths stored in containers with quats sanitizer solution which is changed hourly.
- Staff/public washroom supplied with liquid soap and paper towel for handwashing.

Covid Safety Protocols:
- Shift Supervisor unable to locate/access corporate Covid Safety Plan at time of the inspection. Ensure Covid Safety Plan is present on-site or able to be accessed (ie online). Additionally, ensure plan is reviewed with staff routinely. A follow up inspection will be completed to ensure Covid Safety plan is present on-site (or able to be accessed digitally)
- Signage present at door informing customers of protocols in place
- Alcohol based hand sanitizer dispenser present at entrance for customer use.
- Plexiglass barriers in place at point of sale and drink pick up area.
- Seating has been minimized to allow for adequate distancing. Tables present inside and outside are spaced to allow for 2m between customers seated at separate tables.
- Health check in place for staff prior to start of shift via Covid 19 virtual coach and temperature check.
- 2 chairs present in back staff area. Ensure 2m distance maintained between chairs or remove one.
- Peroxide multi-surface disinfectant and cleaner (DIN 02486873) present for use on high touch surfaces.
