- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- walk in freezer ambient air temperature at -15.4 degree Celsius. Monitor and ensure walk in freezer temoperature is at or below -18 degree Celsius. According to the temperature logs walk in cooler maintains food temperature below -18 degree Celsius.
- Hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius
