Significant improvement observed in sanitation and organization throughout the facility. - New shelving units are installed - All display surfaces are cleaned - Walk-in cooler walls are cleaned - Floor are cleaned; no dust or food scraps observed - Plastic curtains installed for the display cooler next to cashier station - temperature measured at 4C or below at all spots of the cooler - No rodent droppings observed at the time of inspection - Front entrance door was kept closed; customers were instructed to close the door after entering. Discussed with supervisor about automatic door as an alternative to the current slide door which can be inconvenient for customers. - Washroom cleaned up - plastic garbage bin present - Door seal replaced for walk-in cooler. Still a bit of gap noticeable due to the door itself being bent. No concerns with the temperature inside the cooler. - Majority of the ceiling lights are covered; some are still missing and manager stated more covered are ordered already. ** Ensure to install light covers once they arrive. *** Do not over stack boxes in walk-in cooler as it can block cold air circulation.
