Follow up inspection conducted to report # MTRG-APTUBT.
The following violations have been corrected since last inspection.
- Walk-in cooler temperature (ambient) at 3C during time of inspection
- Walk-in cooler foods probed, dahl at 4C, raita at 5C
- All food products were covered with either lids or plastic wrap to further protect from contamination
- Common touch area such as doors and handles have been cleaned and free of debris
- Wall surfaces and equipment walls cleaned and free of debris
- Areas underneath equipment throughout facility has been cleaned
- Areas underneath, between and on shelving throughout premises including walk-in cooler have been cleaned
- Four storage room has been cleaned
- Utensil storage room has been cleaned
- Liquid soap dispenser available at staff washroom with adequate supply of soap
